Do you offer custom boxes?

At the moment we only sell fully custom boxes — every order is made to your specifications. We are planning to offer generic unbranded boxes in the near future. If you have a specific need, reach out and we'll find a solution.
How long do orders take?

Custom orders take approximately 15 business days for production after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We'll provide a full timeline estimate with your quote.
What are your minimum order quantities?

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 units for most rigid box products and 100 units for folding cartons. Some specialty products or finishes may have higher minimums. We're happy to discuss your specific project and find the right solution.
How can I send you my artwork or logo?

We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, and PDF files with all fonts outlined. Artwork should be at 300 DPI minimum with 3mm bleed on all sides. After submitting your quote request, our team will send you a structural dieline to place your artwork on. Don't have artwork ready? Ask about our design service.
Do you offer free samples?

We currently do not offer free samples. However, pre-production physical samples (PP samples) can be arranged for a fee before your full order goes into production. Sample costs are typically credited back against your full order if you proceed. Sample lead time is approximately 5–7 business days.
What finish options are available?

We offer 50+ finish options including gold and silver foil stamping, soft-touch lamination, matte and gloss lamination, embossing, debossing, UV spot coating, velvet lining, satin lining, satin ribbon pulls, and custom foam or cardboard inserts. Our team will recommend the best options for your product and budget.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging options?

Yes. We offer FSC-certified boards, soy-based inks, water-based coatings, recycled content materials, and compostable lamination options. Our eco line delivers the same premium aesthetics with a lower environmental footprint. Ask about our sustainable options when requesting a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All transactions are SSL secured. Payment terms will be outlined in your final quote.
Do you ship internationally?

We are a US-based packaging provider. Please contact us to discuss international shipping options and timelines for your location. Free shipping applies to domestic US orders.
What if I'm not happy with my order?

Our quality commitment means we work closely with you through the design and approval process to ensure your satisfaction before production begins. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will work to make it right. Please contact us at sales@aluxebox.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
